Here is Where I pray

I am not a pagan.
I don't believe in Elemental Powers,
Nor water spirits.

I am a Christian.
But I don't beleive my prayers are more powerful
when spoken in a Chapel.

God hears my cry.
From the depths of my soul,
When I speak in loudest silence, still He hears.

But here is where I pray:

Here.
Where the flowing water stills my mind.

Here.
Where the gentle ripples calm my soul.

Here.
Where I feel at peace if only for a moment.

Here is where I pray.




p.s - this is not 'the only' place I pray - but there is something about water that just helps sometimes
