This poem is old, old old... I think I wrote it about 18 years ago, but I have been reminded of it recently.
God always keeps His promises
And He never makes mistakes.
He knows your every thought,
He knows the number of your days.
He knows you inside out,
What you need to get you through,
And He is standing ready,
To give these things to you.
For His ways are just,
And His deeds are true.
And when He makes a promise,
It remains forever new.
Sometimes we feel forgotten or that it wont all work out, and sometimes God's promises take a long time coming into fullness, but I firmly believe that He is a God of His word and most importantly a God of Love, and so this is a poem of hope.
