This started life as a song in the car, I then tried to recapture it in poem form, not as good as the original singing, but then I can’t remember it, so maybe it wasn’t as good as I didn’t remember anyway if that makes sense!
Lift up your eyes and see the big picture
what do you see? God sees deeper,
God loves His church, she is beautiful to him.
God is in the big picture, can you see Him there?
Look inside, at the tiny detail,
examine your life, before His eyes.
God loves you, the way he made you,
He knows you from the inside out.
So where are you looking to be so downhearted?
There has always been and will always be,
A remnant made of those who trust Him,
are you numbered among them?
